Roland goes to the market every morning to make sure he gets the freshest ingredients, he tries different combinations of food to stimulate the taste buds, and, he even makes his own sauces just to give the sandwiches an authentic final touch.
The persistence on quality in this café extends out not only to the sandwiches, but to every aspect of this successful business, especially to the coffee. I’m Starvin! Serves up a great cup of our Foglia Organic Blend, for the reasons that it is fair-trade, USDA and ACO certified… And we can’t leave out the fact that it has the perfect taste!
