Schibello Caffe’ offers three training courses. On completion of these courses you will have a full understanding in the art of coffee making as well the technical skills to maintain your equipment. ESPRESSO PROFFESIONAL COURSE Conducted by our coffee training professionals, the Espresso professional coffee course is designed to provide the essential basics to become a professional barista. This course is hands on and practical. In our Espresso professional coffee course we cover the following aspects - The origins of coffee

- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Packaging and storage of coffee
- Roasting process
MACHINE MAINTENANCE WORK SHOP The Machine Maintenance Workshop is for the more advanced coffee professionals. In our Machine Maintenance Workshop we cover such topic as The Operation of the Grinder - How to adjust your grind
- How to get the right dose of coffee from your grinder
- Cleaning and maintenance of the grinder and coffee machine
COFFEE CONNOISSEUR COURSE The Coffee Connoisseur Course is for the coffee fanatics from home In the Coffee Connoisseur Course we equip the everyday coffee fanatic with the knowledge and skills to make the perfect cup of coffee. To do this we cover the following topics - The origin of coffee
- The basics on how to make a perfect cup of coffee at home
- The do’s and don’ts of coffee making at home
- Packaging and storage of coffee
