Grown over 3 scenic hectares in Santa Cruz, Honduras, Jose Santos and his family have been taking care of the collection, milling and drying processes for nearly a decade. The process is simple and ensures the unique flavour of coffee from this region is fully expressed. Resulting in a coffee bean that’s good enough to name after himself.
